CANDLE CARE

  • Trim wick to 1/4” before each burn

  • Allow wax to melt to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling

  • Burn 3–4 hours at a time for best results

  • Keep away from drafts, children, and pets

  • Discontinue use when 1/2” of wax remains

PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days

  • During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing may extend slightly

  • Each order is poured, packed, and prepared with care in our home studio

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping available on select bundles

  • Local pickup is available in St. Johns, Florida and can be selected at checkout

  • Local pickup orders must be collected within 14 days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be considered abandoned

      • 9 oz – approx. 45–50 hours
      • 16 oz – approx. 80–85 hours

    • Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on your first burn to prevent tunneling.

    • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn to keep your flame steady and your candle lasting longer.

    • Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.

    • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time for safety and optimal performance.
